The products ordered on www.simonaspan.ro will be returned (shipping fees are paid by you) and must meet the following conditions:

 The shipping cost for the returned package will be borne by you (sender)

 The returned product must be sent exclusively by Fan Courier to the address: NEGRESTI-OAS, Str. VRATICEL STR., No. 108A, SATU MARE county.

 The labels or authenticity elements of the products must be intact for the returned product to be received.

 The product can be returned within a maximum of 14 calendar days from its receipt. If the 14-day period is exceeded, the product will not be accepted and will be returned to the recipient.

Check if the product has the labels or elements of authenticity and if the return term falls within the limit of 14 calendar days.

Insert the product, together with this form, into the box in which the shipment was made.

In the case of a return for an exchange with a different size, the shipment of the exchange product will be made within 10-15 working days from the receipt of the return.

In the event that you want a refund of the amount related to the returned product, the refund will be processed by bank transfer to the account communicated in the attached form, within a maximum of 14 days from the receipt of the return package.

For the payment made online, in case of returning the product, the amount paid will be returned to the account from which the payment was made.
